As an extension of the Otherside IRL debut in Los Angeles, Yuga Labs again tapped Extra Credit to bring Berlin alive for 40 Meebits and Voyagers, and welcome them into the Metaverse.
INSIGHT
The LA Otherside IRL showcased the power of community engagement and innovation in the digital space, and we needed to push the immersion and exclusivity even further in Berlin.
Execution
Staying true to the aesthetic of the Meebits, we searched far and wide for the perfect setting for this Web3 demo, ultimately taking over the König gallery located in the Berlin-Kreuzberg, St. Agnes Church, a landmark known for its brutalist architecture. To set the tone, we projection mapped the Meebits logo into the top of the Nave Gallery, where our gaming experience would take place. Guests were treated to branded color cocktails and a pop up gallery of Otherside artwork before ascending into the transformed Nave gallery for their web3 gaming experience.
