We built a fully mobile walkout experience on the back of a 32-foot truck bed—rigged with an LED wall for graphics, cold sparks, smoke machines, a ring, and booming speakers. If you’re gonna give WWE fans a walkout moment, it’s gotta feel reel.
Fans checked in with a brand ambassador to choose their favorite Superstar entrance. Then came their moment. Smoke machines fired up. Cold sparks exploded. The LED wall lit up. Music blared. And just like that, they were strutting down the platform, delivering their best over-the-top entrance before stepping into the pop-up ring at the end of the runway.
Behind the scenes, we built a custom app that instantly cut each walkout into a social-ready video—complete with WWE-branded graphics and overlays. As fans performed, a single handheld camera followed them down the ramp and into the ring, giving the footage the same feel as a live Monday Night Raw broadcast. Within a minute of exiting the ring, fans had their fully produced walkout video delivered straight to their phones.
Designed for speed, scale, and serious swagger, we took the show on the road—body-slamming into Boston, Daytona, Pittsburgh, Houston, and L.A. This wasn’t just a fan experience. It was a full-blown entrance into the WWE Universe.
